11 foods you shouldn’t ever refrigerate

In some cases, the labels on foods are clear (“Refrigerate after opening”). But often, you’re probably just guessing (“I mean, it makes sense to chill tomatoes to keep them fresh for longer, right?”).
Well, in some cases, you may be guessing wrong. Refrigerating certain foods can actually alter their flavor (and not in a good way!), reduce their nutritional quality, or even accelerate the spoiling process (shocking, we know).
